Heating Upgrade Works 2023 - 2025

Abri requires experienced contractors with suitable capacity to carry out electrical off peak heating upgrade works in excess of 600 of our properties (split into lots).

These works will be mainly in occupied properties across the GU/SL, PO/SO and BA/TA postcode areas of Abri operational area.

The initial requirement is split in to three geographical areas - annual indicative numbers shown:

• oLot 1: GU/SL Post code area, estimated no. 150 properties
• oLot 2: PO/SO Post code area, estimated no. 240 properties
• oLot 3: BA/TA Post code area, estimated no. 200 properties

Initial property works must be completed by 31st March 2024m with at least 50% of the works completed by 30th September 2023.

Please note that there may also be a requirement for similar works across the rest of our operational area throughout the life of the contract. The contractor(s) will be contacted with regards to these as and when they occur.

The works will involve the isolation and removal of the existing heating system and the installation of New Dimplex High Heat retention storage heaters throughout the property.
