We require a provider to deliver L1 and L2 Warehousing and Storage and Customer Service qualifications via workbooks on an outreach basis, including an element of practical activity during the course to confirm understanding, and we are open to how a provider would like to do this, but suggestions would be around modern picking, packing and scanning techniques, pump truck etc....
