A single point of access for Optometry referrals and triage service covering:
- a.Receipt and recording of all Ophthalmology referrals from community optometrists, GPs, and other recognised clinicians whether by electronic or paper means of delivery.
- b.Triage of all referrals to determine the most appropriate pathway of care for the patient.
