While the PCSA fee was being collated, design elements proceeded under a Letter of Intent issued in December 2025; the PCSA was agreed and signed March 2026. PCSA fee of £260,520.65 covers scope of work outlined above. The value of the contract to include build stages will be higher and circa £1m.
