description
Qualitative research to explore potential future positionings for English Heritage in order to inform development of the brand strategy. Research needs to focus primarily on underrepresented audiences (ethnic minority, lower social grade, and young) but also include members and visitors. The agency needs to design and implement the research, then analyse and interpret the findings in order to guide our brand strategy development. The agency needs deep expertise and experience in conducting brand research, and specifically with researching our underrepresented audiences.
