description

NOTE: This notice was updated on 01 May 2026 for the following reason: This addendum is to clarify the term of contract being advertised.

Where the original notice indicated a 12 month term - this would apply to the Museum's Creative Programming only. For the purposes of London Museum Trading Limited's requirements, any potential contract would be between 3-5 years to promote best value and efficiency for the commercial team's event operations. Any expressions of interest are therefore asked to consider this as potential commitments would therefore be long term.(This notice is to advertise requests for potential suppliers to download a submit a response to an Expression of Interest Questionnaire. This is to seek intelligence on potential suppliers in the market to provide the Museum with services as a Production Partner. This would involve providing relevant AV services to facilitate the delivery of the Museum's ongoing creative programmes whilst also providing services to support and delivery it's commercial hire team with any relevant AV requirements to deliver corporate events. The estimated value range listed here represents anticipated cost of services to the Museum directly. Potential revenue based on event hire is treated as separate via London Museum Trading Limited. Event revenue is only an estimate at this stage at potentially £300k p/annum.

Further detail is available via documents available to download via the Delta platform. Completed questionnaire should similarly be uploaded and submitted for consideration via the Delta platform.)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The intention of this questionnaire is to gather intelligence on the services on offer by relevant suppliers in the market for these services. This intelligence will be collected and reviewed to support the project team in determining it's requirements for a potential tender process in the future. The Museum cannot guarantee that all parties who submit a questionnaire will be contacted in the future.
