Wolverhampton City Council’s All Age Disability Service requires an Independent Empowerment Support Service. The Service aims to enable disabled people to fulfil their potential and have opportunities to play a full role in society. The Care Act 2014 and the Children and Families Act 2014 require that all Local Authorities engage with people who use services, when services are being designed.
The successful Service Provider must engage with a range of stakeholders to enable their engagement in a wide range of activities to facilitate co-production.
