- Scope of works
| 1.2.1 | The works to be provided under this contract are described in Schedules 1 and 2 of the Specification in Section 6 of this document but in summary comprises |
| (1) | 11 no. percussive sample/rotary cored boreholes to a maximum depth of 6m with associated geotechnical sampling, in situ and laboratory testing. |
| (2) | 16 no. hand dug soil sampling trial pits at 1.2m depth |
| (3) | 12 no. hand dug inspection pits to confirm the location and depth of the utilities in the verge. |
| (4) | 2 no combined soil sampling and utility location trial pits. |
- Deliverables
- The Contractor is required to produce the following deliverables:
| (1) | Report detailing existing statutory undertaker apparatus services present, depths located, layer makeup. |
| (2) | WM3 - see A36 Alderbury Trial Pit Specification (External) FINAL - document supplied for specific requirements |
| (3) | Window sampling factual report as per the Specification for Ground Investigation |
