Zoho Customisation & Configuration

Accent Housing Ltd seeks to contract with a supplier to support, customise and configure its existing Zoho Contract Registration and Management software, including the renewal of existing and the supply of new licences. The Provider must be able to provide bespoke training manuals and videos to support any additional functionality developed. Under the terms of the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012 preference will be given to micro businesses within the Sub-Region where the service is to be delivered, namely West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. Furthermore, it is a mandatory requirement that the Provider has a proven track record of designing and supporting PCR2015 compliant Contract Registration & Management systems developed in Zoho, preferably in the context of Social Housing and is an accredited Zoho Advanced (or higher) Partner.

The Contract offers No Minimum Guarantee Volumes/Values however, the Contract will be capped to a maximum spend limit of £180,000 excluding VAT over the life of the four (4) year term. Should Contract spend reach the maximum spend limit before the natural Contract expiry term of four (4) years, the Contract will automatically terminate and a new procurement will be undertaken.

In order to maintain a credible audit trail, all communication must be made via the Due North ProContract Messaging Area, and we will respond via the same method. We welcome all appropriate engagement, however please note that to preserve the integrity of this competition any attempt to solicit unfair advantage by means of direct communication with any individual at Accent Housing Ltd will result in immediate disqualification/removal.
