Notting Hill Housing Group (NHHG) is looking to procure a 4 year Framework Agreement with between 1-4 suppliers being appointed for financial valuations. The Framework will enable NHHG to directly award to any supplier, or hold a mini-competition to secure a competitive price, as deemed appropriate.
This tender will be run as an Open (one stage) full OJEU tender process. This means the qualification stage will be run at the same time as the invitation to tender (ITT) stage. Anticipated start date for the new contract is February 2015, in time for the start of the financial year end.
For Red Book valuations the form of Call-off Contract shall be as proposed by the bidder fully in accord with the requirements of the RICS Valuation - Professional Standards March 2012 (as amended).
