description
Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) and Peterborough City Council are seeking a training provider to deliver Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeships across the geographic footprint of 'The Authorities'.
The Authorities are seeking delivery across the county of Cambridgeshire for up to 40 apprentices over a 4 year period and would like to appoint a training provider that minimises the impact of travel and subsequent expenses to their apprentices. It is the Authorities' preference that there is limited, to no travel for the apprentices.
The Authorities are seeking to have up to 5 apprentices starting every 6 months to total value of 40. Other options would be considered. It is crucial that this apprenticeship includes training to a good standard in Power BI.
The breakdown of apprentices between the 2 authorities is 70% CCC and 30% PCC.
Up to 28 apprentices in CCC, contract value £420,000 (four hundred and twenty thousand)
Up to 12 apprentices in PCC, contract value £180,000 (one hundred and eighty thousand)
Due to the Authorities managing their own/separate apprentice service accounts, separate apprenticeship training contracts will have to be agreed by the successful orgainsation and the respective Authority.
Total value is up to: £600,000
The Authorities expects that any training provider who has a residential element to their programme to cost this within the Apprenticeship Cap. The Authorities expect that any specialist software which is required for the delivery of their programme is costed within the cap and the Training Provider would bear the cost of the specialist software.
This Contract is for 4 (four) years with a possible extension of 1 (one) year.
