The objective of this project is to provide additional good quality buildings to allow Harris Academy Merton to provide 240 rather than the present 180 school places per year (total capacity increasing from 1200 to 1500 places including 6th form).
The construction works should be completed to a good quality, on time and to budget while allowing the school to operate successfully with minimum disruption during the construction period.
Scope -
The proposed contract is for the provision of construction works for the expansion of the Harris Academy Merton sited at Wide Way, Mitcham CR4 1BP.
The works comprise a new stand-alone classroom block and refurbishment of other areas in the school.
