Total Facilities Management 2022 Framework

The value below is a framework or dynamic market ceiling: the maximum that could be spent across all call-offs, not the value of a single contract. Aggregate figures on this site exclude these to avoid double counting.

description

Provision of Facilities Management services

Additional information:

Due to unforeseen circumstances the contracting authority has extended the framework's duration for another year.

The timeline in relation to both the Business Case governance and tendering process for the new iteration of the TFM framework has identified a risk that, if this process were to experience any delays, Contracting Authorities would potentially be left without a route to market for a period of time.

In order to mitigate this risk, and to ensure adequate crossover so that Contracting Authorities, having commenced Pre Market Engagement, can continue to ITT publication and award prior to the current iteration of the Framework expiring, we are extending the current iteration of the Framework for a period of 12 months.

NHS LPP will ensure that all Contracting Authorities are advised to undertake any new procurement processes under the new iteration of the Framework as soon as it is awarded and to only continue using the extended current iteration to complete processes that have already commenced
