The Drug Testing Interim Contract has been put in place to ensure continuity of services whilst a full re-procurement exercise takes place for the requirement.
The Drug Testing Interim Contract includes:
| - | Delivery of drug testing kits and consumables to nominated HMPPS sites |
| - | Supply of clear chain of custody paperwork and process maps to ensure the integrity of samples. |
| - | Provision for a courier service for the delivery of kits to nominated testing sites, and either a courier service or pre-paid postage/packaging for the return of samples. |
| - | Laboratory-based analysis samples against set panels of target drugs |
| - | Prevalence testing |
| - | Production of a clear report in an agreed format within a set timescale confirming the results |
| - | Collated monthly reporting of aggregated datasets, broken down by area and test results in an agreed format. |
| - | Provision of full customer and technical support to operational staff. |
