Medway Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable Contractor for the Highways Infrastructure Contract and invites Suppliers to submit a tender to meet the Council's requirements. The Contract is anticipated to commence upon 1st August 2017 and will continue for a period of up to 5 year to 31st July 2022, with an option to extend for a further 5 years to 31st July 2027, unless terminated in accordance with the Conditions of Contract.
