The Wise Group wishes to commission an appropriate consultant(s) to develop an Evaluation Framework and conduct evaluation activities up until May 2019, for the Wise Steps Programme. Wise Steps helps people in Tyne and Wear to transform their lives with funding from the Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund.
