UTC / SCOOT Hosted Software as a Service

Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of UTC / SCOOT Hosted Software as a Service

The procurement of new Hosted UTC/SCOOT system to replace the existing local hosted UTC/SCOOT system used by Swindon. The system will be used for SCOOT traffic signal control, remote monitoring of faults and collection of network data

The initial contract term will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 periods of 12 months for a potential total contract term of 5 years as stated in the RFQ documents. Estimated contract spend is £80,000 across the initial 5 year contract term.

To participate, Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract, www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk, then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents. In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier, please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team ProContractSuppliers@proactis.com

RFQ clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal, including the project reference and title clearly in the Subject title, by 22/12/2021 14:00 hrs UK Local time. The Council's responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically via Messaging in ProContract tender portal.

RFQ Responses are required to be submitted no later than 17 January 2022 14:00 hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal - https://www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk/
