Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Quantity Surveying Services. It is anticipated that the following range of services may be required:
| • | Costing Schedules of Dilapidations |
| • | Budgetary costing of refurbishment schemes on sketch schemes |
| • | Budgetary costing of new build schemes (residential and commercial) on sketch schemes |
| • | Detailed costings for new build and refurbishment schemes, from detailed drawings and specifications |
| • | Checking and analysing costs submitted by contractors and advising if value for money has been achieved |
| • | Value engineering of schemes, post tender |
