Cheshire East are seeking provider(s) of Fresh Meat and Fresh Meat Products Including Poultry for use in schools and Care establishments within the region. In a continual development to provide high quality , healthy sustainable food to children in Cheshire East Schools, Cheshire East Catering are looking to continue the supply and delivery of fresh meat and fresh meat related products including poultry . Cheshire East Catering have held the Bronze Catermark of the Soil Association's Food for Life Partnership for 4 years and are currently working towards Silver with a view to achieve Gold during the life of this contract. To achieve Silver and Gold we need to serve a proportion of Organic meat or poultry as well as some free range meat or poultry . There will be an emphasis on minimising food miles in line with Cheshire East Councils' Sustainability Policy.
