The requirement of this project is the installation of a changing place for disabled people at
Lullingstone and Brockhill Country Parks to enable disadvantaged user groups better access to
the countryside.
This is a project aimed at increasing access to KCC Country Parks for groups who have specific
needs and rely on a safe clean changing place. The space has hoists and equipment to enable
this, with access only using a radar key. It's a very specific design and to be an 'official changing
place' it must meet a fixed size and criteria so there is a limited range of companies that can
provide it. For example in the 2021 tender process 12 companies quoted of which 4 of them used
the same company to produce the modular building
