Research to undertake a new tracking study on the subject of Public Service Media, streamlining the existing PSM Tracker and BBC Performance Tracker into one single workstream. The overarching objectives are to understand consumption of PSM content across platforms, as well as to understand audience attitudes towards the PSM system overall and the individual PSBs in the UK, in the context of the broader market place.
