An integrated team of specialist consultants is required to take forward the development of the project and prepare proposals for a Round 2 HLF submission. To assist in the development of design proposals, the Council is seeking specialist consultancy support for the following items:

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Lead Consultant to procure and coordinate an experienced multi-disciplinary team to work with the Council to undertake a range of services to enable the Council to submit a successful stage 2 Application to HLF by February 2017.
