description
Jacobs will deploy and configure the Track.Record.Engage. platform which Lower Thames Crossing will use to manage land acquisitions across the programme.
The below requirements will be met through deployment:
| - | A web-based platform with user access determined by the user account persona, determining access to particular registers of information or ability to add/remove/edit |
| - | Managed register of land parcels and associated stakeholders |
- Upload of reports and documents associated to planned survey and engagement scheduled
to statutory obligations.
- Assigning actions associated to stakeholder/land parcels details or to ensure completion of
obligations across stakeholder and land activities
| - | Management of associated documents, including titles to lands |
| - | Management of additional associated registers of information across temporary claim and permanent access compensation and staged payment information |
| - | Details of compensation payments to date and schedule of subsequent payments |
| - | Storage of associated valuation reports |
| - | Reporting functionality to reduce manual interrogation of data, providing real-time dashboarding to reflect status across key programme KPI's |
| - | Integration with the existing LTC GIS Platform to allow seamless movement between visualisation of land parcel extents to associated information, stakeholders, compensation payments, etc. |
| - | Consideration for long-term integration of platform to wider programme digital environment |
- Initial requirement to link platform to Oracle Fusion to action payment activities when a compensation event achieves a particular status.
