Microsoft Unified Support is a business-critical software system. The CPS relies on several critical services provided through Microsoft software and solutions. This includes cloud infrastructure for shared drives and casework tools, device management, video conferencing, telephony, email and other productivity and collaboration tools. As with any software, at an enterprise level, a support agreement is required.
