description
To inform the roll-out of two new products designed to improve the quality of cartel leads reported to the CMA, a decision tree, and a new online reporting form ('the products'), the CMA now wishes to commission qualitative research (on a reasonably small scale) to explore whether target audiences find them to be intuitive and (when appropriate) an encouragement to report. We also wish to test whether our messaging, developed to support the roll-out of the products, is clear and easy to understand.
