DHC Services Replacement at Wokingham Hospital

The Phase 2 works of the pipework replacement comprises the replacement of the spine main distribution pipework for the LTHW heating, domestic hot water flow and return, cold water down service and the mains water pipework in the following areas:

• a)Extend the pipework installations carried out in phase 1 of the pipework replacement works from the existing underground service void from the plantroom into the suspended ceiling and along the link corridor between building
• 2and buildings 10 & 12
• b)Pipework under the central corridor within the under-croft area in Ascot Ward (building 12)
• c)Pipework under the central corridor within the under-croft area in Windsor Ward (building 10)
• d)Pipework under the central corridor within the under-croft area in Barkham Ward (building 13)
• e)Pipework under the central corridor within the under-croft area in the Berkshire Adolescent Unit at Willow House (building 8).
• f)Pipework under the central corridor within the under-croft area in the school associated with the Berkshire Adolescent Unit (building 3
