The key purpose of the service is to market and promote the University's new and current courses and events for the next 3 years. The estimated aggregate value of the contract is £4,200,000.00. Additional information: This tender will be conducted in 2 stages:

Stage 1: Supplier Prequalification and Tender Shortlist PQQ Return Date 10 February 2017 12:00pm

Stage 2: Supplier Tender Response Tender Return Date 12 April 2017 12:00pm

Suppliers are strongly advised to read the attached PQQ and the Marketing Services and Tender Overview document thoroughly before deciding to bid for this contract. Suppliers who are interested in bidding for this contract must submit their completed PQQ and financial accounts to procurement@london.ac.uk before 12:00pm 10 February 2017. 3-5 suppliers will be selected for shortlist. After a shortlist is selected those suppliers will be invited to tender and sent all the tender documents.
