Generic Customer Service Sector Based Work Academy Training - for All Jobcentre Plus Claimants

Glasgow (GLED) and West of Scotland (WoS) JCP Districts wish to procure 40 x 1 week Generic Customer Service Sector Training courses to provide the Pre-Employment Training element of Sector Based Work Academies (SBWA) followed by a relevant Employer Work Experience Placement and a Guaranteed Job Interview. The training is intended to support claimants with limited skills, knowledge and experience to equip them with the Customer Service skills sought by employers in four key sectors: Care, Retail, Call Centres and Hospitality. This will assist in meeting the local labour market demand for claimants who have been up-skilled in these employment sectors and achieve job outcomes.

Additional information: Provision is required for 3 x CPAs-

CPA1 - Glasgow, Lanarkshire & East Dunbartonshire;

CPA2 - North, south and East Ayrshire, Dumfries & Galloway;

CPA3 - Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire (Barrhead), Inverclyde, Argyle & Bute, West Dunbartonshire.

Please note suppliers intending to bid MUST complete the Generic ITT and then the relevant ITT for the CPA they wish to bid for.
