The University of Exeter is looking to appoint a supplier to provide evaluation, in line with ESIF and ERDF requirements, of the Smartline Extension Project. The successful bidder will be required to provide the following documents:
| • | An updated Logic Model (the current model will be provided to the successful contractor) with measures and indicators for anticipated outcomes and impacts). |
| • | An evaluation plan - describing proposed approach to measuring additionality and the data collection methodologies. |
| • | Research instruments (e.g. questionnaires, topic guides) |
| • | Draft and Final "Summative Assessment" report addressing each of the research questions and meeting the Summative Assessment Guidance issued by the Managing Authority. |
| • | Competition of the Summary Assessment Report Summary template provided by the Managing Authority |
| • | Presentation to the Project Management Group. |
