| 2.1 | The Customer requires the Supplier to deliver an enhanced Government Property Finder(e-GPF), based on market-leading, user-friendly technology requiring minimal customisation that meets the specific Use Cases set out below. |
| 2.1.1 | An initial discovery phase is required to understand and identify the requirements of the various website users and stakeholders. The key uses cases we expect the solution to address are: |
| 2.1.2 | Public User: As a member of the public I want to be able to view and query all government property for sale or rent through a website that is also accessible on mobile devices. I want to be able to sign up to an automated alert service for any new properties added to the e-GPF |
| 2.1.3 | Government (Department, ALB, NHS Local Authority etc.) Data Provider Automated Entry: I want to see all the properties I am selling externally, uploaded from the data I have entered into the government's strategic property database (d-NAR) onto this central website. I wish to see the properties I have instructed an agent to sell automatically populated within the database and made available through a web interface. I want to be sent alerts when they are available to view. I want to be able to enrich the data drawn from d-NAR with any additional property particular produced by myself or my property agent |
