This is a contract award notice.
Our public campaigns are underpinned by an evidence-based understanding of our target audiences. This includes insights into their motivations and barriers around sharing experiences of care and key channels through which to effectively reach them.
We are seeking a supplier who can produce a report that collates insight into key target audiences for CQC's behaviour change campaigns (to encourage and enable more people to share their experiences of care).
This procurement was undertaken through NHS SBS Consult 18: Multidisciplinary Consultancy Services Framework (Lot 3) following the Direct Award Process.
The Contract is awarded for a total period of 3 months.
Total Awarded Value is maximum of all charges including all optional contract extensions.
