The Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) is considering entering into one or more partnerships to provide support and enabling services to CITB. The scope of services under consideration is:
Finance
Information Technology/Business Improvement
Customer Operations
Human Resources
Procurement
Legal
Marketing and Communications
CITB is also considering including the transactional support to its parts of its existing Cards (skills accreditation) processing operation.
The total value of all the services under consideration is £300m in total
CITB reserves the right to split this procurement into Lots at contract notice stage
The procurement(s) will commence in early 2018 and form part of a wider programme of organisational change to be undertaken in parallel. CITB wishes to engage with the market to shape how this procurement can add greatest value to the programme.
[A supplier engagement session has been scheduled for 12th January and will be held at CITB's Head Offices at Bircham Newton, Kings Lynn, Norfolk PE31 6RH]
Those organisations wishing to participate in this market engagement exercise should express an interest by contacting procurement@citb.co.uk . All organisations expressing an interest will receive further information relating to the project and a questionnaire for completion and return.
Please note that expressing an interest will not automatically enter organisations into any subsequent procurement process for these services. This notice is not a formal invitation to tender and CITB reserves the right to not procure any or all of these services
