Homes in Sedgemoor are an ALMO responsible for the management of Sedgemoor District Councils housing stock. They are seeking a suitably qualified contractor to provide level 3 and 4 fire risk assessments at the 130 blocks managed by them . Some blocks will require an annual FRA, others bi-annual and some on a three year cycle, the frequency will be determined by the FRA itself.
