Title: Quotation for Sandwell Residents' Survey Ref: SMBC 23005
The council requires the following :
- oA borough residents' survey to support evidence-based policy, service delivery and performance management.
- oA budget consultation survey to inform the council's budget setting
- oFour focus groups for the residents' survey and one focus group for the budget consultation survey
The council wishes to contract with a consultant to undertake and analyse these annual surveys and carry out these focus groups. Reporting format to be agreed upon award but report to include an analysis per town. The contract is for two years with a one-year option to extend
It is expected that the budget consultation can be delivered in a three month period (May to July(Survey to go out in early June)) and the resident survey will also be able to be delivered in a three month period (June to August).
These quantitative studies will involve large-scale surveys covering several themes and with the residents' survey particularly aligned to LGA Benchmarking resident satisfaction surveys. These surveys will follow on from the 2022 residents and budget surveys in order to build up a cumulative picture
