Newcastle City Council are seeking a replacement Social Care Case Management and Finance solution, providing an integrated system from assessment through to commissioning and payment of service provision across Early Help, Children's and Adult Social care. The potential is for a 15 year total contract term as outlined in the ITT (with an initial term of 84 months with further options to extend of 36, 36, 12 and 12 months respectively). All functionality must be live by 31 March 2020.
