- - 106 London Road is a five fronted retail unit with planning permission application submitted for sui generis use. It is part of the Councils Civic building but has a separate entrance and exit. It was previously used as a bank and has recently been operating as a meanwhile space providing a daytime café and a live music events venue in the evening.
