description
The Complex Needs Tenancy Support Service aims to reduce homelessness by supporting beneficiaries to remain in their home by helping them to acquire the day to day living skills needed to maintain a tenancy and deal with any potential housing related problems. The service will provide support to beneficiaries that is not time limited, and that is available for as long as the PDC, the provider and the beneficiary agree that it is needed. A culturally and gender sensitive response will be required to ensure that the service is accessible to diverse groups of beneficiaries. The service will also be required to facilitate stability alongside improved health and wellbeing through positive outcomes which enhance engagement with the Opportunity Nottingham programme.
