Planning and evironmental Regulatory Service System

A further competition exercise under the Crown Commercial Service Local Authority Software Applications (RM1059) Framework, Lot 3 (Provision of Software and Associated Services for Environmental, Planning, Building Control, Trading Standards and Licencing). The requirement is for the supply, implementation, management, maintenance and support of software to be used for several areas, most of which are statutory functions of the authority: • Planning (functions including Planning Enforcement, Policy Management, Land Charges, and a Corporate Local Land and Property Gazetteer); and • Environmental and Regulatory Services (functions including Environmental Health and Licensing, Trading Standards, Land Charges, Strategic Housing and Advice). The Council are willing to consider offers to cover the requirement as two separate systems or as one combined system. This further competition is therefore split into three (3) Lots. The Council will award to whichever of these options provides the best value for money overall. The Lots are: • Lot 1 - Planning Software • Lot 2 - Environmental and Regulatory Services Software • Lot 3 - Combined Planning, Environmental, Regulatory Services Software.
