Invitation to Quote for Child Sexual Abuse Hub - Early Emotional Support Service

The Contracting Authority wishes to engage with suitably qualified service provider(s) for the provision of a Child Sexual Abuse Hub - Early Emotional Support Service.

The CSA Hub service will aim to improve the short and long-term physical and mental health outcomes for children, young people and their families following disclosure of child sexual abuse (CSA) through offering assessment, brief intervention, case management and early emotional support at the time CSA medical examination.

The CSA Hub service will offer early emotional support to children, young people and their families being seen for a CSA medical examination in the boroughs of Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Kensington & Chelsea, and Westminster. The paediatricians providing CSA medical examinations in these boroughs will work with the emotional support practitioners as part of one team, providing a holistic health review focused on the needs of the child/young person and their family.

The term of this contract will be for 2 years with the option to extend for a further period of up to 1 year (potentially 3 years in total).

The Contracting Authority has identified that the Contract Price for this service will be set at £100,000 annually exclusive of VAT. To assess your ability to deliver the service within this Contract Price and to assist in ensuring that your will deliver value for money, you are required to outline your costs and margin to deliver the service. The Contract Price is fixed, and you must assume that no further investment is available for this service from the Contracting Authority.
