The services required are targeted towards residents with mental health needs, a learning disability, older age adults, young people in transition to adult services, young adults and priority parents and those placed in temporary accommodation awaiting permanent housing by the Council. The services will be innovative, efficient and fit for the future, promoting independence, increasing quality of life and helping people re-engage in their local communities.
