HS2 Limited utilised a pre-qualified list of suppliers provided by Achilles RISQS for the Business / Strategic Risk category, following publication of the Achilles RISQS OJEU Prior Information Notice. HS2 invited 91 pre-qualified suppliers to participate in a procurement to establish a zero value call off framework with 4 lots for the provision of risk and value management services.
