HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has awarded a contract for the provision of a subscription to the Pendragon "Perspective" information service. This service provides access to a comprehensive database of legislation, case law, public sector scheme rules, and associated technical materials, including historical and archived content not readily available through alternative sources.

This service provides access to a comprehensive database of legislation, case law, public sector scheme rules, and associated technical materials, including historical and archived content not readily available through alternative sources.

The contract was awarded under the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Technology Products and Associated Services 2 (TePAS) Framework Agreement (RM6098, Lot 3 - Software), following a price-based competition. CDW Limited has been appointed as the reseller for the service.

The contract provides a site-based licensing model, allowing authorised HMRC personnel to access the service across designated locations, with provision for periodic review of usage and licensing requirements.

The call-off contract commenced on 01 March 2026 and will run for a period of 36 months, expiring on 01 March 2029.
