Play Site Asset Management 2024

The council is seeking to award a contract to a qualified software provider to deliver a play sites asset management system. The council manages in excess of 120 play sites in and around the Portsmouth area and is inviting quotations from suitably qualified providers to deliver its play sites asset management software. The software will allow the authority to manage the full life of each asset from installation through inspection, maintenance, decommissioning and disposal. Mobility of the application is critical due to the nature of the work

The initial Contract period will be for 3 years with possibility of extending the term on a rolling basis in increments to be agreed, subject to the agreement and performance of both parties.

2. Deadline for requests for clarification Wednesday 19th June 2024
3. Tender return deadline Thursday 27th June 2024 at 12pm
4. Invitation to Presentation Friday 28th June 2024
5. Demonstrations Wednesday 3rd July 2024
6. Evaluation of returns completed by Thursday 4th July 2024
7. Contract award Friday 5th July 2024
8. Contract Commencement Thursday 1st August 2024
