Fully managed lone-worker safety service for community colleagues that provides standardised personal safety devices with flexible wear options, reliable connectivity through managed or roaming SIMs, and continuous 24/7/365 monitoring via an accredited Alarm Receiving Centre with appropriate escalation to operational managers and emergency services.

The service includes a comprehensive management portal for device allocation, escalation list management, audit trails, and usage reporting, alongside a structured implementation and transition plan covering rollout, migration, communications, and training. Ongoing support and lifecycle management (including fault replacement, logistics, accessories, and lost or damaged device processes) are also essential components of the solution.

The initial term of the contract shall be for 3 years (36 months).
