Biggleswade Town Council is in the process of regenerating its play areas across town. The Kitelands Recreation Ground is a large open green space with several play areas on it. Bids are being invited for the supply and installation of new ground surfaces and selected play equipment as part of the drive to regenerate Kitelands.
The project will run in two separate phases with contracts drawn up for each phase. For further guidance please refer to the attached guidance note.
