UKRI DDaT19274 UKRI Resource Booking System

UK Shared Business Services Ltd acting on behalf of the contracting authority United Kingdom Research and Innovation have put in place a contract for a resource booking system which will cover multiple UKRI sites around the UK. The system will allow the user to book meeting rooms, visitors, parking bays, hot desk and check availability of all rooms, desk across multiple sites.

The contract is for an initial 1 year period with the option to extend for a further 2 years on an annual basis. The total contract value including optional extensions shall not exceed £397,095.00 ex VAT.

This contract has been awarded in alignment with the Crown Commercial Services RM1557.11 G Cloud 11 framework. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Variation 001 is to utilise the first extension built into the original contract.

Variation 002 is to add on additional Resource central & Resource Xpress licenses.

Variation 003 is to add on an additional Resource central & Resource Xpress licences.

The total call-off contract value including all extensions

shall not exceed £427,647.00

#Variation 004 is to extend the Resource central desk licenses & ResourceXpress workspace licences for 1300 desk for 3 months at the cost of £20,363.00 exclude VAT, due to an unexpected delay of the new procurement exercise#
