<b>Introduction</b> LMH and Partners are looking to potentially commission services for the removal of furniture, Valeting properties and delivering furniture packages, this is to be proposed within the next 12 months to the Client. <b>Background</b> <b> </b> The current service provides the following and LMH will be looking to enhance this service by looking for an organisation that can provide innovative, developmental service with social values and excellent working practices for our clients: <b>Providing the service </b> LMH are looking for a safe fast and reliable service that works in partnership with both tenants and clients requirements, the service is built around operating a flexible service for emergency situations and having the ability to respond at short notice. LMH would expect the service provider to ensure that all staff are trained and experienced in the following: · Manual handling & lifting equipment · Working safely with hazardous materials (cleaning chemicals) · Removal of hazardous and drug paraphernalia · Legal requirements and policies for H & S legislation · PAT testing Your operatives will need to be contactable via mobile phone during the day for emergency situations with an emergency assistance number provided for any rare out of hour's service.
