Description: Electronic bulletin boards. The Authority requires Qty 7 digital signs with 4 to be installed in RAF Waddington & 3 to be installed in DE&S Yeovil. Specifications are:

There is a tight deadline for this requirement as the signs must be installed by 31st March 2017.

Firm price shall be used for this requirement.

The criteria are set out in the ITT & include: price, ability to meet deadline & that all parts of the requirement criteria are met. The winning bid will meet all criteria, be able to meet the deadline & cheapest (subject to affordability).

Suppliers wishing to bid for this requirement must bid using the ITT documents published on Contracts Finder, by the closing date 2nd March 2017, following the instructions in the document "Invitation to Tender (ITT) Less Complex Requirements (Competitive Tender)". This competition follows the Open Procedure under PCR 2015 (below threshold),& there will be no separate issue of a formal Invitation to Tender.
