Southampton City Council is seeking to re-landscape the Woolhouse Mound between Bugle Street, Town Quay and French Street as Phase 1 of the regeneration of the area in cooperation with Friends of Town Quay. Quotations are invited from suitably qualified contractors who can meet the requirements set out below.
