To act in the role of part project manager, part contract administrator and part cost manager tasked with the responsibility of implementing and managing the agreed works, programme and payment procedures on behalf of the HCA.
The Project Manager will administer, co-ordinate and manage the remaining phases of the refurbishment / conversion / new build works programme to the Annexe as commissioned to be retained for these phase if their progress was satisfactory as determined between HCA and the developer
